Food: Fruit Salad with a Little Spice

Ingredients

Fruit (preferably local and seasonal) - to make enough fruit salad for 4 people.
1-2 lime wedges
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp sugar (I used demerara)
Drizzle of maple syrup

Instructions

Chop fruit that tends to brown quickly first, squeeze lime wedges overtop and toss until well mixed.

Add remainder of fruit and spices, mix well.

You can eat this right away, but I find it's better if you let the flavours combine for about an hour.
